It’s our 100th episode! First, thank you so much to all the listeners for tuning in all around the world. To celebrate, we kick off today’s episode with a very special guest, my seven-year-old son, Asher. He has a quick message for you about moderation and what it means to him. Then, I share the story of my 2014 journey to the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania. The intense physical and mental challenges of the climb to the top, along with the beautiful backdrop of Africa, was the perfect way to learn just how interconnected we are with nature, the power of managing your mindset, and how to laugh through the pain. There were so many lessons along the way. Taking on challenges is one of the best ways you can learn. Hallie and I also talk about how to relate these lessons to business and how we can know when we are in too deep, or when we need to just keep pushing. See full show notes.
