Studies have proven that 93% of  Communication is nonverbal in nature. This explains so much why miscommunication is often the root of most arguments  Body language says soooo much more than the words that come out of our mouths.

This knowledge and awareness, for me is an essential human skill so that you can accommodate your language, both body and verbal with the people you’re with in order to build rapport which allows you to reach the full spectrum of people that you hang out with or encounter.
