I sat down with some of the remaining Wives, Girlfriends and Fiances of the tunnel boat drivers. A mixture of 2 new comers to the Tunnel Boat world and the other 2 have been around for a long time. Its great to hear contrasting stories and thoughts between all the girls and their opinions.

The boys have been hitting this Tunnel Boat thing head on and have been part of a massive influx of tunnel boats after Ski Racing has ended.

We sit down to hear about all the boys struggles, wins, close calls and everything that has helped them learn along the way.

I thought it was time for the Wives and Girlfriends to have their moment and give a different insight to what happens around the racing from their eyes. As well as a couple of things we might not get to see or hear from behind closed doors!

Get to know Ben Hackett — From skiing with Still Sparken, Team 50 and Stinga, to being right in the mix with Observed In Temper, Ben’s been around some serious talent and knows what it takes to compete at the top level.

Andrew Ryan is in the beginning stages of flooding his product through the Powerboating world and his impact is massive!

With safety the reason behind his drive... excuse the pun. He and his product is becoming the number one pick for many teams across the world now!

Connor Patterson is the youngest or one of the youngest drivers currently in the Blown Alcohol Displacement category and is very new to the category since making the leap from 6L. But on the water, it doesn't show.

Daniel Galea has plastered himself all over the sport of Water Ski Racing, owning 3 Superclass boats and an F2 Outboard. As a family man he has raced with his family for quite some time, however in recent years he formed a new team to begin his quest to the top of the sport. He may not be there just yet but his attitude will help him get there some day soon.

Daniel was recently able to shift his Ski Racing driving skills over to the first Mildura 100 boat race and take out the overall win!

September 13-15 we currently have 24 Unlimited Inboard boats coming to tear it up at Windsor NSW to battle it out at the last round for the National Drivers Championship. Well upwards of 150+ mph will split the Men from the Boys!
