On this episode of Finding Your Bliss, we are celebrating our 100th show on Zoomer Radio!! We are devoting part of this episode to one of the greatest blisses of all-food!!! Judy Librach is joined by Chef and Founder of the Delicious Dish Cooking School, Carolyn Tanner Cohen.

Carolyn has owned and operated one of the leading culinary schools in Canada, DELICIOUS DISH Cooking School since 2002. DELICIOUS DISH is a boutique Cooking School which specializes in whole food home cooking, meal planning, recipe developing and healthy eating. Carolyn is an expert in recipe development, menu planning, meal prep, kitchen organization and set up. Carolyn’s true passion is in helping to build brands, presenting to intimate groups and to auditoriums full of people wanting to learn how to cook, whether they are new to the kitchen, seasoned in the kitchen, need an upgrade and new ideas, and want to expand on their techniques, taking the best ingredients from the fridge and pantry to the table, as efficiently as possible.

Carolyn’s original recipes are foolproof, user-friendly and winners every time. Carolyn also has extensive experience with home cooks who want to improve the health of themselves or their families and she can speak to and accommodate everything from allergies, intolerances or special needs. She is available for recipe and menu development, and will teach everyone from individuals to larger groups how to make their food delicious, healthy and full of variety, which is something we all need. Carolyn is also an Occupational Therapist by training, who left her practice to pursue her passion, which of course is cooking, and now she works as a chef, consultant and speaker. Because of her training, the bridge between health, science, and food came very naturally. She has been in the food business for over 20 years, menu planning, recipe developing, and teaching, and takes great pride in planning both simple, everyday meals and menus.

Also on the program, you might recognize 17-year-old singer-songwriter Ethan Young from CTV’s hit TV show “The Launch” which debuted in Canada, early 2018. Ethan was chosen as Top 30 out of 10,000+ applicants in Canada to be featured on the notable show, and is the youngest artist to be “Launched.” A Toronto native, Ethan’s love for performance and songwriting began at a very young age. While attending different arts schools, Ethan was performing for sold-out audiences all across Ontario. He was featured on three Mini Pop Kid albums that were sold in retail stores internationally. Ethan regularly performs for charitable events including ThreeToBe, Covenant House, Children’s Wish Foundation, and Jacob’s Ladder. Ethan is currently working in studio and preparing to release new original music.
