We are busy more than ever. A lot of times we don't take time and listen to ourselves (how we feel). We take more time for our pets to see how they are than we do for ourselves. When we have a broken leg we don't just say, "oh well, I will walk it off". And the same is true whit your emotions. When you feel weak and broken, take time for yourselves. Find a quiet safe place where you can recover. And later when you feel better, you can go out and stretch that emotional muscle.
