The most important thing in achieving a goal is not how to achieve it but why will you achieve it. So when you are setting it you have to write down what pain will you get if you want to achieve the goal. The next thing is what will you gain. And then include people in it! Your self and people that you love

We all are asking ourselves questions. We are doing that subconsciously. judge a person not by the answers that he gives but by the equations that he asks. Ask a stupid quation get a stupid answer. If you know what is your quation you know what is driving you and you can replace it with a new one.

We all have 2 parts of the brain. One is slower (rational) and one is faster (emotional). The faster one is easy to activate and it is strong. When you are making a change you have to use a faster part and that way your change will be lasting.
