Over the next two weeks, the Daily Devo will be focusing on Matthew 5, and more specifically - the BEATITUDES. This section of Matthew 5 comes from a sermon that Jesus gives called the "Sermon on the Mount." Today we focus on mourning, and what true mourning looks like in contrast to just being sad about consequences. When we truly mourn, and feel the weight of sin's presence in the world... God's presence comes to us and comforts us.
