In the early days of online chat rooms, the thought of a creep talking to your child was a far out there thought. It took several tragic incidents before the world realized the harm that can exist online and then cross over into real life. Thirteen-year-old Kacie Woody became the first well-documented victim of this, starting with chatting in an online Christian teen chat room to her life ending by the hands of a predator.
