In this episode I talk about a topic that I have been uncovering and working with since a while and starting to love so deeply.

Shame is something most of us (all of us?!) carry and that plays out in tricky, unconscious and most of the time not very beneficial ways in our day-to-day lives. We can choose to ignore that and brush over the vulnerability of looking at our shame or we can begin to look at, see and hear and fall in love with the aspects of ourselves that we have created stories, limiting beliefs and stored deep deep emotions around.
