This week I wanted to take a very western view of meditation and discuss the ways in which meditation enhances the lives of practitioners.  More specifically, this week I am going to talk about the physiological benefits of meditation, without the inclusion of spirituality.  Today's emphasis is on how meditation changes the structure of the brain to enhance focus.
