102 | Delegate Procedures to a Virtual Assistant

We are wrapping up our series of tips on how to Write Click by Click Procedures.

If you feel that writing procedures are exhausting, you don't have to do this step. You can delegate this to a Virtual Assistant.

  • You don't even need to have the procedures written beforehand.
  • You can record a loom video of your procedure and have the Virtual Assistant go through the video and document the steps.
  • Once they've documented the procedure, you can delegate it to them as they will already know what to do.
  • This is a great way to start outsourcing, to start delegating, and take the work off of your plate.
