Mother:  Not murder, but the actions of a conwoman directly led to the deaths of two people.  She was charged with fraud only.  Should it have been more?

I struggle to see how this was convicted on just a fraud charge when the direct actions of an individual are responsible for the death of two people. I don't wanna say im rooting for the diabetes but...
