Overcoming imposter syndrome can be very tricky in certain moments and situations, and some of us experience it in our lives more than others. In this episode, we are defining the different types of imposter syndrome and going over some ways that we can help combat those negative thoughts when they arise. We will end the episode with a short guided meditation that will help us reframe some of those thoughts into empowering statements that we can take with us throughout our day (the guided meditation begins around 37:00).
