Unbeknownst - Without knowledge.
Genre - A category characterized by similarities in form, style, or subject matter.
Mentor - An experienced and trusted adviser.
Static - Lacking movement, action or change.
Feasible - Possible, able to be done.
Shoulder-training - Side by side on-the-job training.
Eloquently - Fluent or persuasive in speaking or writing.
BHAG* - Big hairy audacious goal, a long-term goal that changes the very nature of a business' existence.
Blue Ocean^ - Creating and capturing uncontested market space, thereby making the competition irrelevant.
Tenet - A principle or belief.
Fruition - The point at which a plan or project is realized.
