The key points they make are:
Use videoconferencing where you can to maintain that face-to-face social interaction, but do be aware that the quality of your audio is much more important than the quality of your video. Get yourself a microphone.
Use the time to learn and up-skill yourself.
If you are running your own small business have a good look at what you are offering and how you are coming across in terms of your website, your own profile etc... the sort of things that you always know you need to do but never have time to do it.
