I get a kick out of blog posts that list the top meditation retreats around the world or around the country.  The very thought that a meditation facility or retreat center would care about accolades is funny.  The truth is, you don't need to spend a ton of money, or even any money, to go on a meditation retreat.  Today, I talk about how to get it done.
