Senate Resolution Urges Full Compliance with the JFK Assassination Records Act

The Oversight Committee has jurisdiction under the JFK Records Act

The House Resolution was sent to the Oversight Committee for action

The Public Interest Declassification Board (PIDB) was established in 2000

The National Declassification Center (NDC)

Please write to the members of the Oversight Committee

Allen Dulles "deposed" John McCone and Richard Helms about Oswald in Russia

When Oswald was in Russia, Allen Dulles was the Director of the CIA

So he knew the answers to the questions he was asking

Dulles, McCloy, etc. only asked those questions that they wanted on the record

And avoid the questions they didn't want on the record

Dulles and Gerald Ford were probably the most active members on the WC

They made sure that the "right questions" were asked

David Belin, an attorney for the WC and the Rockefeller Commission, supported full release

Victoria Adams said she ran down the stairs immediately after the shots were fired

And, according to her WC testimony, saw Bill Shelley and Billy Lovelady

But Shelley and Lovelady testified they were outside the TSBD for 10 minutes

This caused the WC to discount Adams's testimony

Adams later told Ernest that she did NOT see Shelley and Lovelady

Adams's original testimony is missing from the national archives

Also missing are the testimonies of William Shelley and Billy Lovelady

Barry uncovered a document which said that those original testimonies were destroyed by the WC

Adams's testimony was corroborated by Sandra Styles

Styles said that she did NOT see Shelley and Lovelady

Why would the WC change Adams's testimony to say that she came down later than she actually did?

Maybe they (WC) didn't want her on the stairs at that time

Why? Because Oswald was coming down the stairs at the same time

The Warren Report admits that if Adams is telling the truth, she should have seen or heard Oswald come down the stairs

Relying on 'quantity of evidence' rather than 'quality of evidence'
