It's hard to believe we have welcomed 2022 this past week.  While it still seems like we are in the same spot as we were last year in terms of this pandemic, we hope to continue motivating you to work towards your goals and plans for this coming year - both professionally and personally.

This week, Daniel and Katie reveal the words they've chosen to represent 2022.  Each year, they go through this exercise, which they find is more helpful than New Year's resolutions.
