Liza Peterson is a certified yoga instructor and reiki practitioner. She has a theatre background and has performed in many shows throughout her lifetime throughout the New York City area. She has also taught theatre and the performing arts to children of all ages. When she is not on the stage, you can find her in the ballroom, dancing and competing in ballroom and Latin dance.

After the loss of both of her parents over the last 4 and a half years, she became passionate about helping others who are also grieving.
