104: How to Make Sense of Contrasting, Coexisting Emotions with Guest Co-Host Kat Jackson

Listen Later

Join us as we explore the concept of feeling a compilation of emotions, where contrasting feelings can coexist within us simultaneously.

Have you ever felt really excited, happy or hopeful about something, but at the same time you also found yourself feeling sad or blah?

Today, Kat Jackson and I discuss the importance of giving yourself permission to have coexisting emotions and to honor the integrity of each.

It can be really confusing if we're not mindful of what's going on under the surface. We hope to bring camaraderie to a space that might otherwise feel confusing or lonely.

We hope you enjoy this conversation.
