I understand, I said and replied, “Do you see yourself as the cause or as the consequence of all those things that happen to you?”

Well, it all depends, he replied, there are things that I consider to be responsible for, but there are many others that I never wanted to happen and they happened, for example, accidents, illnesses and things like that, or do you think I created them?

I replied, what I'm going to tell you, you probably won't like it and you may not agree with it. However, I will tell you so that we can get back to the starting point that “all the answers are in you”.

When you look at yourself as the consequence of things that happen to you, that is the common way of thinking of many people who see themselves as victims of circumstances.

They see life as something that happens to them, that everything comes randomly or according to how lucky they are. This applies to what they consider "good" and to what they indicate as "bad" in their lives.

You are the one who creates all the circumstances in your life, remember that you are a part of God and therefore you have that same capability to create and recreate your life every day.

Although at different levels of consciousness, you have created everything that happens to you, has happened to you and will happen in your life.

It is you and no one else who decides, when you understand this, you realize that you are the cause and not the consequence of anything in your life.

Of course, understanding this requires awareness and to accept yourself as responsible for creating your life, day by day.

When we as humanity understand this, we will solve many of our challenging situations.

Never underestimate the talents of other people, because from them you can obtain great wisdom, I mean, memories of life.

What if you work together to make a comic book? What if you both make an unlikely story, a fiction that could be very famous and give many benefits?

If you think that those creations or illusions of people seem incredible to you and you cannot stand them, just walk away, do not hurt them or try to change their opinion.

If people believe in that, let them be, we all have our fantasies, respect them as they respect yours.

You and I also have fantasies that we believe in, for example, being a professional, an architect, a social worker, a boss, a housewife, etc. What is your fantasy?

You will tell me, those are not fantasies, but realities, or roles that we play on a daily basis.

Because they just did it to me. I tried to tell two different friends what I felt and both began to give me explanations of their experiences, of what I should do or not do and an endless number of things to do.

They advised me in everything, but not what I really needed, I mean, zero empathy for my feelings at that moment.

I felt very unhappy... Although it helped increase my awareness and offer an apology because my biggest wish is to improve for you and me.

Sometimes, to remember our essence, we do things to others, as we wish to experience the same thing that we made them feel. They or someone else, at some point, will make us feel it, so that the perfect circle of giving and receiving remains.

If you allow me to make amends, I promise to listen carefully, without judging, trying to fix or solve anything in your life because surely, the answer is in your own words and expressions, and by listening to you I will help you in that process because I will be only a small connection between you and your soul.
