She is a mermaid that has been tasked to collect the souls of the enslaved who die at sea. Her task is specific and there are rules that must be followed. Until Simi finds someone who isn't just a soul to collect. He is alive. And that is against the rules.
Come on an adventure over and under the sea as Simi struggles with her purpose, her mission and her heart. What happens when the gods don't follow the rules but you must or you will die?
