Nancy Randall is the owner of the newest CrossFit gym in the Willamette Valley. A former Behavior Support Person at Lebanon High School where she was trained to de-escalate the most explosive students in the school. Nancy is a L-1 CrossFit coach, CrossFit box owner, works at Santiam Excursions, and holds a real estate license in Oregon. She sets high goals, loves a good challenge, and pushes those around her to be their best. In this episode she talks about how CrossFit has changed her life and explains how the people around her have pushed her to be the person she is today.
Dawn Marie Rose is an alternative education student at Ralston Academy. Dawn has overcome massive obstacles in her 17 years of life. Dawn Marie has goals of starting a support group for suicide and dreams to open an animal shelter for abused animals and children. She dreams big and does not hold back.
