So what worked for one year might not work now! It is important to listen to others but don't follow them blindly. You have a brilliant brain so use it.
-Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again expecting a different result. That a quote from Alber Einstein again. If you want to change your life because you are not happy the way it is, then you will have to try something new. And that means that you will have to stop to think in the box that you are used to and think outside of the box. Someone that Is happy whit his life is thinking very differently than someone unhappy. First, change your mind and then your actions.
