For today’s podcast we discuss the upcoming Spartan Race at Bell Bank Park at the Legacy Sports Complex in east Mesa Saturday February 26th and Sunday February 27th.
Saturday is our main race that we have a group from the gym doing! Come join us!
Saturday’s Race is the Spartan Super 10K with 25 Obstacles and Sunday is the Spartan Sprint 5K. @spartanrace @spartan
Join our Spartan SGX and Aerobic Capacity classes on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday at 7:00pm, 5:15am at the Williams Field High School track and Saturdays at 7:00am
We have a great time and these classes will prepare you for any Spartan Race!
