Julie Costello and Dave Nicholson joined Gary on Mornings & More to talk about the Cultivate 4 Life Open Day this coming Saturday 8th April.

Cultivate 4 Life's first Open Day of the year begins at 11:00 at the allotment - Murphy Crescent, Woodhouse Close.

Joanne and Andrew are both Kynren volunteers. However, their forthcoming endeavours have more to do with raising money for their chosen charities.

Joanne and Andrew are set to walk, non-stop, a full 42 miles along The Lyke Wake Walk this coming Saturday.

Here they explain the preparation and training they have both undergone and how we can support their efforts.
