This week, I cleaned out my office cabinet, and I found decades of journals dating back to 1976. They were filled with memories, emotions, repetitive thoughts, overthinking, and growth.

When writing them, the journals served as a therapeutic tool that helped me process feelings and provide clarity to my overthinking mind. Reading them now allows me to reflect on how my past experiences shaped my life today.
