In Episode 93 we discussed about how to find the right Birth support person or build a birth support team.

In today's episode we discuss how we can further understand a community based service relationship and own responsibility on both sides to fulfill a more cordial, professional and healthy relationship.

Because community work and its unsaid rules and protocols are so individual and change from person to person , it is signficant to learn from our care givers such as doulas, traditional midwives, traditional consultants what their style of practise is. 

At the same time, there are some basic rules to courtesy and compassion which we discuss today on the episode- compassion for birth workers. 
Very obvious, but not necessarily common.
