In this episode, we talk to Michael Allison. He is resilient and someone who is known for doing hard things. Michael lives in the United States. 

 Michael tells us about sitting on a comma with hardships throughout life. While telling the story about tragedy in his military service, Michael reveals the impacts of prolonged exposure to self-doubt, compartmentalizing and bottling up feelings from life’s and human abuses. When life began to spiral, he faced a suicidal decision and persevered. What happened next was a journey of finding support, letting go and gaining clarity and fulfillment.
