107: Let's be kind...to ourselves!

You guys, I am running again and it is HARD! I caught myself during this run (I literally recorded this immediately after) being SO hard on myself because I struggled to run 3 miles today. In my head I was thinking "you just ran a half in April!." But those negative thoughts DON'T serve me so I stopped them ASAP! Letting our negative self-talk go on does not serve us so we've got to stop it and redirect it immediately!

Every day is different. Every season is different. We've got to give ourselves grace. We've got to celebrate the little wins and continue to show up!
