Boocock continues unpacking the Amendments to the Constitution of the United States of America before he is interrupted by a visit from actor Bill Sage.
Sage, known for his roles in the Sundance TV crime drama, Hap and Leonard (2016) and the artful thriller, We Are What We Are (2013), first came to popular notice as Dennis McCabe, the younger, more bookish, brother in Hal Hartley’s award winning Simple Men (1992).
Sage discusses his working class background, the struggle to get a college education in the Reagan era and his fortuitous introduction to the acting life.
This interview concludes Boocock’s running coverage of Hartley’s Long Island Boxed-Set Kickstarter which is kickstarting through this Tuesday at midnight.
