• In other MLB playoff games, The Yankees beat Kansas City 3-2 to take a 2-1 series lead, in the NL.  The Mets eliminate Philadelphia in 4 games with a 4-1 win and the Dodgers force a deciding game 4 with a 8-0 win over the Padres.
• The Red Wings season starts tonight with a home game against Pittsburgh, the game will start at 8, the NHL and Red Wings pushed the game back an hour because of the Tigers game.
