I was reading about a radio host and these are her tips for connecting whit people:
Our conversation has changed in the last years. But basic is true, we need to connect whit people so we will have more happiness in our life. Hire are a few tips for a better conversation:
- don't bullshit. Most people find out quickly if someone is lying or not. So tell the truth and be honest. Everyone is an interesting person even if you don feel like that
-be present
- listen! When someone tells you his name most people forget what they say! Why? Most of us are already thinking about what are we going to say back. So learn to truly listen and don't just wait to replay.
