Paul interviews former Democratic State Rep. John Heaton. Heaton currently works with the City of Carlsbad as Energy Development Coordinator. Paul and John spend some time discussing the oil and gas boom and its impact on his area of the State, especially including some of the infrastructure challenges it has created.  John and Paul also talk about the Holtec spent nuclear fuel storage facility proposed for his area and what it would or would not do relating to oil and gas production in the region.
