Remember...we are all ONE - I AM THAT...I AM. When one of us is not releasing...ALL of us is not releasing!!! I know that I have been touching on some very heavy topics lately and am being told that it is to assist us all in our 'awakening' process. This is what we came here to do...awaken while having this human experience. The more we can clear the more the collective clears. This can be so mind boggling! However, it is pretty cool that the work we do on ourselves is helping the person next to us that needs the most help of all. I have always had the perception that some people are not benefiting unless they do the clearing themselves ~ that they actually work on themselves. In reality, everything we do helps the entire Universe. I love this! I think it is very exciting.   This week we are digging deeper into this energetic clearing with the subject of 'Making yourself BIGGER Energetically'. Some of us and I could probably say that most of us, have the energy of wanting to stay small. We don't want people to SEE us... we don't want to be noticed....staying small is being safe. At least this has been what we have been wearing energetically. NOW is the time for you to understand that when you can increase your energy field, you will actually be effecting more people. You may even be clearing more people - which in turn is changing the world around us!!! It makes sense to me then to open ourselves up to this awesome change. I am calling it a change because for most of us...we have been contracting our energy...protecting ourselves ...and not being noticed.   Don't you think it is time? Time to transform the world around us on such a HUGE energetic level? In order to do this, the first thing we are required to do is to open our hearts. I know for myself, I close my heart frequently - this is a programming that occurred when I was a child. It is actually the first thing that we learn to do - close our hearts to protect ourselves from being hurt. I am noticing with my clients that we tend to build a wall in front of our hearts... which is called a 'heart wall'. I have mentioned it before in other podcasts... and that you can simply ask your body by muscle testing if you have one. I use the full body sway test...stand with your feet together and make a statement "I have a heart wall" and your body will respond with a yes by swaying forward or a no by swaying backwards.   If you happen to have a heart wall, you can ask the Beings of Light to assist you in removing it. I find that the easiest way to remove it. With myself, I had to keep checking in cause the darn thing kept coming back ~ again, that is all subconscious programming. Eventually, I simply did my clearing statement that I absolutely love and use for everything now: "Somewhere in my many lives, I know what it feels like to NOT have a heart wall protecting me and that somewhere is telling the rest of me NOW. All my cells & DNA now have the information to keep that heart wall from ever returning again... and so it is"   You could actually ask the Beings of LIGHT to take it down and keep it down too...dissolve it forever. Without a heart wall, you are clear to open your heart and with an open heart you have so much power to transform anything and everything. With an open heart you are shining your LIGHT to all those around you.   Another life changing thing to do is activate and align all your chakras. As you know, I love to keep things simple ~ otherwise, people will not do it...myself included. We are powerful beings of LIGHT and when we make a statement with intention, it is done. So, I simply state: "Activate and clear all my chakras....align them and fill them with LIGHT from the Sun...golden energy" Take a couple of deep breaths and KNOW that it is done.   Ok...so...you now have an open heart and your chakras are aligned and more powerful than before with all that added LIGHT from the Sun. The next thing to do is ground yourself...my favourite thing to do is to cut your grounding cord and visualize a much bigger one. I like to have my grounding cord hollow so that I can send things down it that needs transforming - which is pain, emotions ~ basically what no longer serves you. Visualize this cord now...send it down to the centre of the planet...into a crystal cave...choosing whatever crystal resonates with you in the moment. Breathing deeply, TRUST that you are now grounded deep into the planet. If you happen to have any pain in your body, simply connect with it...and send it down your grounding tube. The crystal you are connected to will transform the energy of the pain into an energy of high frequency and if you instructed it to do so...it will send the energy back to you...completely transformed.   NOW, you are ready to make yourself BIGGER. Take a couple of deep breaths and visualize your energy field around you. SEE that it is close to your body...observe how you can make it much bigger by visualizing it getting as BIG as the room you are in. Now take it even BIGGER and go as BIG as the town or city you are in. Ask that nothing enter your field that isn't of the purest LIGHT... ask that you transform the energy field of all those in your field.   Amazing right? You can go as BIG as you want...surround the planet if you like! the key is to raise your vibration to a high enough frequency to transform the energy field of all those around you. I hope that you have done the exercises up to now, if not, please do so.
