This morning we discuss why our famous statement of God's oneness is preceded by the two words, Shma Yisroel - Hear Israel. We use Rabbi Yehuda Amital's insight into Moshe's first speech to the Jewish People, and their reaction to it. Then we apply this to the two words ending every Jewish wedding ceremony, to derive a powerful lesson about marriage and all our interactions.
