He has a special interest in the design and implementation of high-performance strategies to optimise wellbeing and performance in high pressure environments on a systemic, team and individual level. He is a professor of clinical psychology at the Institute of Psychology & Wellbeing and a visiting professor at the UCL Medical School, Institute for Sport, Exercise & Health.
