This morning we discuss Danny Meyer's "Setting the Table" which contains important lessons for shuls, many businesses, and most relationships. His understanding of the difference between service and hospitality, and his approach to excellence and how to define it, provides insight to ways for all of us to improve. I am grateful to the amazing Erica Brown for suggesting this enlightening book, which will benefit every rabbi and shul lay leader.
