We discuss overcoming the obstacles to its wider usage, and explore the marvelous message of Keshet Starr, director of ORA, in her recent article in Jewish Link, which describes the romantic nature of the Halachic Prenup, and its wider message of the key to a loving marriage for everyone.

Michael Whitman is the senior rabbi of ADATH Congregation in Hampstead, Quebec, and an adjunct professor at McGill University Faculty of Law.
