This morning we discuss the two fundamental principles that underlie our Torah portion, B'Chukosai - God's omniscience, and Reward and Punishment, subjects that may be uncomfortable and are impossible to fully see. Sharing a poignant story from Rabbi Noach Weinberg, and a critical insight into parenting from Dr. David Pelcovitz, we demonstrate that being seen and held accountable is the basis of love, and it is what creates meaning in our life. Utilizing a quote from Jaqueline Kennedy, we draw the parallel from parenting our children, to how God relates to us.
