This morning we explore what amounts to the perfect introduction to the study of Torah from two disparate sources: Twyla Tharp, my favorite ballet dancer and choreographer, and the great Chassidic master, Rabbi Menachem of Chernobyl. We apply this to a lesson from my friend, student, and teacher, Abe Mezrich, analyzing the reasons for the names Adam and Noach.
