Self-care is so important and can come in many different forms. This week, I decided to focus on some underrated self-care activities that have really helped me boost my mental health and overall happiness. I've come up with a list of things that have been really beneficial for me, and I hope they might be helpful for you as well.
Here is my list of underrated self-care activities:
- Taking Time Off - Prioritize YOU
- Praying for someone else
- Volunteering
- Surrounding yourself w/high level thinkers
- Tell yourself - "I love you"
- Embrace getting re-routed
- Having Faith
- Practicing Gratitude
- Silence
