Self-care is so important and can come in many different forms. This week, I decided to focus on some underrated self-care activities that have really helped me boost my mental health and overall happiness. I've come up with a list of things that have been really beneficial for me, and I hope they might be helpful for you as well.

Here is my list of underrated self-care activities:
  • Taking Time Off - Prioritize YOU
  • Praying for someone else
  • Volunteering
  • Surrounding yourself w/high level thinkers
  • Tell yourself - "I love you"
  • Embrace getting re-routed
  • Having Faith
  • Practicing Gratitude
  • Silence
