Shahara Wright is a CEO, business law attorney, and business strategist. She is an award-winning author and a highly sought-after international speaker.
Shahara has been the owner and Lead Attorney of The Wright Firm, PLLC, for over 20 years and founded The CEO Effect, LLC to work with small business owners and nonprofit leaders who want to implement a strategy to build capacity.
Shahara provides small and mid-sized companies with legal and business strategies, including entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, investor packages, and contracts. She has experience with product development, bringing products from mere concept to a fully developed and manufactured brand.

She is a contributing author for the Texas Business Organizations Manual and serves as the Chair of the Missouri City Texas Small Business Advisory Committee.
