We discuss how to prioritize and focus on doing better and trying to achieve more by eliminating distractions. Don’t fear missing out! Just because it is fun or a routine does not mean you should choose that over self-care of self-improvement.

Escape Velocity – The lowest velocity which a body must have in order to escape the gravitational attraction of a particular planet or another object.
Payload – Cargo, equipment or additional weight that is being transported.
Self-Actualization - The realization or fulfillment of one's talents and potentialities, especially considered as a drive or need present in everyone.
Temptation Bundling – Pairing together tasks or chores that are not fun/desirable with enjoyable activities to make the process less tedious.
Mutually Exclusive – A relationship that excludes one of the two things from occurring.
Incrementally – In regular increases, additions, or stages.
Euphoria – A feeling or state of extreme excitement of joy.
Expertise – Expert skill or knowledge in a particular field.
Transparent – Open, honest and candid communication.
Epitome – A person or thing that is a perfect example of a particular quality or type.
Confirmation Bias – Seeking, researching information that supports your view and dismisses opposing findings.
Systemic – Relating to a system, especially as opposed to a particular part.
Broach – Raise a sensitive or difficult topic.
Conduit – A channel or avenue to communicate information.
Growing Broke – Succeeding immediately in your business venture so much so that you cannot match orders with the inventory.
