I'll guide you through understanding what our lymph system really is - think of it as your body's gentle cleansing river, carrying away toxins and supporting your immune system every single day. Unlike our heart that pumps blood, our lymph system relies entirely on us - our movement, our breath, and our loving self-care practices.
Together, we'll explore five beautiful ways to support this incredible system: gentle movement and mindful breathing, staying hydrated with water and herbal teas, the soothing ritual of dry brushing and lymphatic massage, nourishing our bodies with clean whole foods, and creating space for rest and joyful laughter.
I'll also lead you through a simple breathing practice you can do anywhere (except while driving!) - just five minutes of placing your hands on your heart and belly, breathing deeply to support both your nervous system and lymphatic flow.
My invitation to you this week is simple: take a short walk, notice your breath, drink water with gratitude, or try dry brushing as a new self-care ritual. These small acts of self-love create huge shifts in how we feel.
