Because when we bring mindfulness into even the tiniest moments of our lives, we soften, we listen more, we judge less, and we respond with more love.
This isn't just about meditation cushions, dear friend. This is mindfulness for your morning coffee, for sitting in traffic, for tucking in the kids, for looking in the mirror - this is mindfulness for living.
