Today's guest is Douglas Frey, a professional mixed martial artists who has retired from competition and is now a coach with Team Ethos at the UFC Gym in North Richland Hills, Texas. He came to Onnit Gym MMA with his wife and student, Jinh Hei Yu-Frey, who is Invicta FC's atomweight champion and an Onnit athlete.

He coached two of our MMA classes at 10th Planet Austin last week, which was a great experience for us. And they got to experience their first 10 Round Tuesday at 10PATX.
