Brothers And Sisters Of Jesus,
Our Sunday Rosary Of Devotional Diaphragm Breathing
Cultivating Our Muscle And Synapses Memory

When  Jesus said,
“Someone touched me. I know power has gone out of me.” Luke 8:46

Jesus,
We Know Is The Physical Incarnation Of “The Glory Of Yahweh”
From Our Old Testament.

Jesus Was Explaining
That We
Are Like Our Lord, Jesus,
Our Father,
Divine Energy Currents,
Physically Encased
Where The Current State Of The Frequency Of Our Physical Bodies
Is Based On Our Sense Of Sacredness.

Our Meditation
Is Cultivating Our Sense Of Sacredness.
We Are Saying Grace As We Breathe.

We Will Use Our Diaphragm Prayer
To Pace Ourselves

We Will Focus On Breathing
Deeply Into Our Abdomens
Rather Than Shallowly Into Our Chests

Our Diaphragm Is A Dome Shape Muscle
Separating Our Lungs From Our Abdomens
When Contracting And Flattening During Our Inhalations
And Relaxing To Our Dome Shape During Exhaling
This Action Creates A Vacuum
Bring More Oxygens Into Our Lungs
Relaxing Us

Our Meditative Diaphragm Prayer Is
Cultivating Our Muscle And Synapses Memory
