Brothers And Sisters Of Jesus, 
Our Wednesday Rosary Of Sacramental Breathing,
Cultivating Our 6th Sense, Our Sense Of Sacredness.

We Live In A Current,
Our Bodies Are Our Vehicles For Both 
Traveling Through
The Current Of Time And Material Space.

Our Consciousness Is A Current,.
As We Progress Into Divine Frequency,
The Current Of Time Will Slow 
And The Intensity Of Material Space Will Increase.

So As We Breathe,
Let Us Look Internally At These Bodies,
That God Has Signed With His Own Incarnation.
During Our Rosary Of Sacramental Illumination
We Will Use Our Power Of Visualization
To Exercise Our Neuron Cells, In Our Brains

Shall We Go Over 
Some Of The Logic And Goals Of Sacramental Breathing.

We Are Eternal,
The Goal Of Our  
Lives, Since The Incarnation Of
“The Glory Of Yahweh”
Our Lord Jesus,
Is To Cultivate Our Sixth Sense,
Our Sense Of Sacredness.

Jesus Has Demonstrated His Divine Way For Us.

In This Psalm, 
We Will Be Giving Grace As We Breathe,
Setting Up A Pattern In Our Breathing
To Create A Muscle And Synapses Memory.

Basically, Visualizing The Affect
The Breath Of Life 
Has On Our Minds And Bodies.

At First, 
We Will Visualize With Each Breath,
A Different Brain Lobe Illuminating.
This Will Help Us Get Acquainted With The Names 
And Locations Of Our Brain Lobes.

Remember Just The Mental Act Of 
Visualizing One Of Our Brain Lobes 
Illuminates That Brain Lobe.
We Are Literally Exercising The Neuron Cells
Of Our Brain Lobes.

I Will Be Using 
This Plasma Brain Lamp, 
As A Prop To Demonstrate How We Will Exercise
Our Neuron Cells.

Our Brains, 
Use Between 12 to 25 Watts Of Electricity
Powering Approximately 86 Billion Neurons. 

While
Plasma Filaments Extend From The Inner Electrode
To The Outside Of The Glass Lamp.

We Will Be Using Our Mental Powers 
Of Visualization To Illuminate The Lobes Of Our Brains

Of The Beauty Of Material Space Will Increase.

God Has Designed Us For Physical Immortality.

Let’s Take Time To Look Internally 
At These Physical Bodies,
Our Father, “The Glory Of Yahweh”
Designed, Cultivated, And Realized
With His Own Physical Incarnation,
Our Lord, Jesus.

With Our Sunday Communion,
“The Glory Of Yahweh” In Us,
From Jesus’ The Eucharist And The Chalice,
And Jesus’ Holy Spirit In Us,
Let Us Empty Ourselves And
Give Grace Breathing.

Our Diaphragm Is Dome Shape Muscle
Separating Our Lungs From Our Abdomens.

When Doing Our Devotional Diaphragm Breathing,
We Will Expand Our Upper Stomachs
That Contracts And Flattens Our Diaphragms,
Drawing More Air Into Our Lungs. 
Increasing The Oxygen In Our Blood.

Today I Thought I Would Go Over 
Some Of The Logic And Goals Of Sacramental Breathing.

Basically, We Are Giving Grace Breathing.
We Are Setting Up A Pattern In Our Breathing
To Create A Muscle And Synapses Memory.

At First We Are Creating A Muscle
Memory That When We Say The Word, Jesus,
We Will Inhale.

Then We Lower Our Diaphragm,
That’s Literally Extending Our Upper Stomach.
Holding Our Breath, Comfortably,
While We Feel “The Glory Of God” 
In Our Minds From 
Jesus’ Eucharist And Chalice.

When We Exhale On The Word, Christ,
We Will Our Lord Jesus’ 
Life-Force Traveling Trough Our Spinal
Into The Rest Of Our Bodies.

After A Few Devotional Diaphragm Breaths,
We Will Begin Our 
Sacramental Illumination Breathing.

This Is Basically Visualizing The Affect
The Breath Of Life 
Has On Our Mind And Body.

At First, 
We Will Visualize With Each Breath,
