Anna was newly married and preparing for a beautiful home birth only to find out that her midwife would abandon her when she was "overdue" at 42 weeks pregnant. She was pressured into going into the hospital which eventually led to a c-section. While this was absolutely devastating, she knew her body was still capable of having a vaginal birth at home. When she became pregnant with her second and third babies, she found a new midwife and went on to have the home births she knew she could have.
